GD Constable Admit card & Results and preparation strategies 
Admit Card
Candidates can download their respected admit cards from SSC online website. The admit card for the exam will be officially released two weeks prior main tests, and candidates can download there admit cards from the official website. Admit card is a very important document and candidates are required to carry it on all stages of the exam. 
Cut-off Marks
The cut-off marks for the examination for each category will be released around result declaration. These are the minimum marks to be scored by the candidate to get selected. Expected cut off marks for general category and for SC/ST/OBC are 37%-42% and 35% to 39% respectively.

SSC will declare and display the official results on its website. The results for written and Medical tests will be announced after 2 months of tests. The candidates who will be able to clear the cut-off marks will be selected.  

Candidates who are looking forward to the examination should start their preparations. There are various online portals and channels which provide lectures through which Candidates can practice for the tests. It is recommended to solve the previous year question papers to get an idea about the exam and its difficulty level.
Candidates should revise all the topics from the syllabus and should regularly solve mock test papers to enhance skills and accuracy. A topic-wise strategy can be really helpful in clearing the exam. There are multiple online test series which candidates can refer for help.
Note applicants can also user internet to prepare better for the exam. Several surveys in the past have revealed that an SSC exam usually repeats 5 to 6 percentage of its questions from its previous years question paper. Candidates can use this to their advantage and prepare for the exam, by referring old question papers.
